Setting Up the First Call
The first phone coaching session appointment will be held at a mutually agreeable time. Terry Prince does not offer coaching services on weekends, US Holidays or Friday evenings. Some weekday evenings are available. The first appointment can be set via email communications. Please communicate with Terry at terry@terryprince.com to set up the first appointment. Some coaching programs have pre-session assignments. Please review your package.
Being Prepared
To get the most out of your call, please make sure you are comfortable and ready to go. I suggest you have a glass of water at hand, a pen or pencil and a notebook. To avoid distractions, please turn off your computer and cell phone. If you are using a cell or portable phone to make the call, please stay in one room only.
Please work in advance, to avoid any staff or household interruptions. This gives you the best arena to work in.
Rescheduling Terms
Client must notify Terry Prince if they wish to reschedule by telephone. Email can only be used if at least 48 hours in advance. No late email or text rescheduling of appointments will be allowed. Missed sessions (without rescheduling) will be counted as part of the package. Sessions should be used within 6 months of the first call of this package. It is the client's responsibility to schedule within the time frame. Program Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel coaching program up untill the first coaching session. A cancellation processing administration fee of $35.00 will be charged.
After the first session, the coaching package fee will not be refunded. However, a credit minus the sessions already held, plus a 35.00 processing fee will be issued and can be applied to other services or plans for up to one year. Transfers of this credit to other individuals may be allowed on a case by case basis.
Certification Audit
As Terry Prince has some certification renewal requirements, she requests that her clients grant permission for audit hour review. Content of coaching sessions is confidential and not part of this permission. OK, Let's Get Started
If you are agreeable to these terms, please select your coaching package.
