Terry is a co-author of The Clutter-Hoarding Scale, (published by the NSGCD),a residential and environmental assessment tool actively used today by many fields. Terry is also the author of Backsliding,Body Double Techniques for Professional Organizers, and Working with Physically Challenged Clients. She was a contributing author to Organizing Options: Solutions from Professional Organizers as well as Golden Tips for Getting Organized both published by the National Association of Professional Organizers. Terry Prince was the first president of the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD), a non-profit educational organization that educates professional organizers and related professionals on the issues of chronic disorganization. Terry is the 2003 recipient of the prestigious Founders Award from the National Association of Professional Organizers; this award is the highest honor bestowed by NAPO and recognizes outstanding contributions to the organizing profession.
